Bone marrow biopsy and abdominopelvic CT showed no evidence of the lymphoma. Pituitary lymphoma should be included in the differential diagnosis of pituitary mass even in non-immunosuppressed patients. KeyWords:Pituitary, Primary, Lymphoma
