Abstract

뇌졸중, 뇌종양 등과는 달리 일산화탄소 중독에서는 전산화 뇌단층 촬영상 저음영소견은 조영제 증강이 나타나는 경우는 드물다. 저자들은 17세된 일산화탄소 중독 남학생에서 대뇌하 백질부에 조영제 증강 소견을, 24세된 남자환자에서는 양측 담창구 조영제 증강 소견을 관찰하고 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
